This was recorded for a CMT special we filmed back in July 2000. It aired in January 2001. It’s a document of a band at the top of their game. We had the world by the tail and nothing was gonna stop us. A year later the whole thing went down the toilet.
We released it to DVD and CD in April of 2003. But I decided that I would make this the first installment of my “Official Boots” ordeal. I have piles of live shows from over the years and some really great footage too and I am slowly starting to get it all together and eventually it’ll all end up being posted here to listen to and hopefully enjoy. At some point I’ll actually manufacture copies of it and have it for sale at my shows.
